Anger management evaluations are done generally in 3–5 (one hour) sessions. If court ordered, you will need your discovery/arrest report with narrative and court order.

Intake PacketA Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluation is required for employees in safety-sensitive transportation roles like CDL drivers, pilots, railroad workers, transit operators, pipeline workers, and U.S. Coast Guard personnel after a DOT drug/alcohol violation.
Anyone with a DOT violation across FMCSA, FAA, FRA, FTA, PHMSA, or USCG-regulated work.
