Thoughtful, professional evaluations conducted with care, clarity, and respect.

There are many reasons someone may need an evaluation, and no two situations are the same. At Chrysalis Recovery, we approach every evaluation with a grounded, supportive mindset, recognizing that this process can feel stressful or overwhelming. Our role is to provide clear, thorough, and unbiased evaluations while treating each client with dignity and understanding.

Evaluations may be:

• • Self-referred
• • Court ordered
• • Attorney-recommended for a pending court case
• • Required by probation, parole, or drug court
• • Requested by DCYF
• • Necessary following a positive drug or alcohol test for commercial drivers or other safety-sensitive positions
• • Required for other personal, legal, or professional reasons

Our team also includes counselors with specialized certifications and training in areas such as Anger Management, Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluations, and more—allowing us to thoughtfully match clients with the right level of care.

Experienced, Qualified Evaluators

Chrysalis Recovery is proud to have a highly qualified and diverse clinical team. Our evaluations are conducted by:

• • Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADC)
• • Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (MLADC)
• • Master’s-level counselors with degrees in counseling or related fields who are actively completing their supervised hours toward LADC/MLADC licensure
• • Counselors also working toward Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) licensure

This depth of experience allows us to provide thorough, ethical, and evidence-based evaluations tailored to each client’s needs and circumstances.
